Vedika Credit Capital Ltd is a non-Deposit taking, Non-Banking Finance Company. The Company was originally registered as a Private Limited Company but was later converted into a Public Limited Company in November 1995. It was recognized and re-registered to carry out the business of Non-Banking Finance Company with approval from the Reserve Bank of India in March 1998. Until February 2004 the company was involved in stockbroking activities with its earlier owners. In February 2004, its present owners who stopped stockbroking activities and started finance activities purchased the company. The purchasers of the Company were carrying out financing activity through the Sole Proprietorship form of business organization. All the business thereafter was diverted to Vedika. Since 2007 the company is into Micro Finance products like Joint Liability Group's loans and Individual Loans.
Our primary services constitute financing of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) for working capital and growth, Group loan, home improvement loans, loans against property, working capital loans for urban self-employed, loans for rural livelihood advancement, rural housing finance and financing of various rural micro-enterprises.
