Team 24 comes with the objective of promoting ORGANIZATIONAL HAPPINESS, intervening in an active way with employees and organizations. We know that happy employees are more engaged and productive. We have developed a model focused on psychological assistance, whose objective is to promote psychological well-being and mental health, reducing absenteeism and turnover related to stress, burnout and anxiety. Team 24's mission is to make organizations more attractive, sustainable and productive. To this end, our specialists work with 1-1 online psychology sessions in order to enhance the well-being and satisfaction of the employees.
