The owners, Stanley Smith (Founder) and William Zapotechne (Chief Executive Officer), exercise over 30 years of experience in the construction and management fields and were afforded higher education through management training, college and military service; fields in which the words precision, dedication and quality go together. They have more than 30 years of experience in the fields of high-end real estate management, construction, and consulting. Indigo is a full-service construction and development company.
