We founded Neddi in 2020 with a clear mission: to help teachers and students use technology to create truly personal learning journeys. Backed by the Addito Foundation, we built our platform with classrooms in mind, focusing on real educational needs—not theoretical ones.
In 2022, we made a strategic shift when Lære, Norway’s leading learning material distributor, reached out. They had just doubled their revenue to €100 million by evolving from a traditional book distributor into a digital-first company. But they wanted more: a platform that could scale, adapt, and deliver real value to teachers, students, and parents. We had already built and piloted exactly that.
Lære didn’t just partner with us—they invested in us. Together, we began rebuilding our platform into something bigger: a modular, scalable system—not just for Lære, but for distributors worldwide. One key driver of this transformation was the clear demand from other international distributors looking for a solution like Lære’s.
Today, that new platform is rolling out to partners in seven countries. What started as a mission to serve local classrooms is now helping shape learning journeys across the globe—smarter, more personal, and better for everyone in the educational ecosystem.
