Team Orion

Team Orion established in 2019 provides opportunities for multidisciplinary students to interact with each other to identify problems in the agricultural sector and provide engineering solutions. It is a dedicated marker space allowing students to explore ideas and experience the process of creation of technology from ideation to prototyping. The team will represent COEP at the national level SAE TIFAN competition which provides an opportunity to ideate, design, develop and market a self-propelled onion harvester, to promote innovation in the field of agricultural machinery and provide new technology at reduced costs to the farmers.
