• With the development of modern technology the gap between coaches and young athletes has never been bigger. Fewer and fewer children are participating in sports, and even if they do, they aren’t satisfied and often experience sport as a stressful experience.This is counterproductive for children and for sports in overall, because it manifests in early repulsion from participation, and less diverse players in future.
• TeamPlayers e-platform is environment where coaches/personal trainers/etc. are enabled to approach athletes on their level, through smartphones and laptops which are constantly in their hands, and use those devices in athlete's advance, for accelerated learning process and improvement.
Platform is encouraging more effective and efficient collaboration and co-creation through online communication, video-analytical error correction, visualisation and learn by example principles.
• Concept is also addressing problematic of evaluation criteria and fairness in sports by enabling endorsement of skills, so every child/athlete, and no matter what skill set it has, will be appreciated and celebrated for it. It is the mission of creating more attractive and productive sports for happier, healthier and more involved young athletes.
