ProjectME is a non-profit organization that empowers young adults through free workshops, conversations, and educational tools to decrease stress and anxiety. ProjectME (Project Mindful Evolution) strives to nurture relationships with oneself in order to further cultivate relationships with others and the world around them. By fostering curiosity, resilience, positive affirmations, and self-love, ProjectME inspires people to live boldly and authentically. ProjectME has led in-person workshops across the US and continues with virtual workshops.
