Team Real Talk, Inc. is a certified B-corporation that aims to help organizations quantify and scale Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts by taking a grassroots approach that will ultimately contribute positively to the company’s bottom line by reducing voluntary attrition, one real talk at a time. Through our custom 6R Framework following the BOPPPS behavioral change model, we take participants through a self-guided learning process as everyone has a different starting point when it comes to access and equity-based practices. Our goal is to make DEI continuous – where participants undergo modules in intimate teams collectively analyzing topics that connect to their professional disciplines.
