“The herd effect - A workforce of great people not only does great work, it attracts other great people. People tend to follow each other. Get a few great people and you’re guaranteed that more will follow. In today’s work environment people go to work for good salaries and best packages. But this is not the only reason. In itself, this is both a recruiting tool and a retention tool. Put great people with other great people and they will probably produce great results. This is what we’ve been doing since 2008.
