TeamUp Uganda

TeamUp is a cross-sectoral approach to development cooperation initiated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and managed as well as co-financed through the three foundations Deutsche StiftungWeltbevölkerung (DSW), Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) and Siemens Stiftung. The program unites the expertise, networks and resources of three local organizations; Action 4 Health Uganda (A4HU), Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Africa (HRNS) and Whave Solutions. They are implementing TeamUp in the sectors of Health, Agriculture, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). TeamUp is empowering more than 290,000 youths in Mityana district of Uganda to get a better life by empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and finances. These youths have access to improved livelihoods through agribusiness and access to financial services, sexual reproductive health services and clean and safe water. We are also creating opportunities for shared knowledge and networks, including saving circles. TeamUp is transforming the world, one youth at a time. Inspired Youth Define Their Future
