The best quality tea comes from China and most of its tea comes from Hubei, the Southwest region of the central province. This area has been the major tea-producing region since ancient times. The different aromas and flavors of the tea depend on which region the tea is harvested in.
Hubei is the largest green tea-growing region in China and is best known for its great quality. The area is close to various rivers. The hilltops are lined with beautiful tea gardens. Hubei is blessed with unique terrains, mineral-rich soil, fog shrouds in the tea plantations of Yichang. The Hubei region is where some of the finest tea leaves in the world are grown. Their humid climate is the ideal condition to produce exceptionally fresh and sweet spring green teas.
We’ve personally selected this tea from a plantation in the highest mountain range. The tea is managed according to organic standards in planting, pest control, processing, and production.
The high altitude, mild four-season climate, sunshine, just the right amount of rainfall, and a special factor–dense coastal fog–gives it the perfect recipe for a high-quality superlative tea leaf.
