New Energy Vehicles are here to stay, but EV technology, like every new technology, is accompanied by various problems viz : acceptance, adoption, capabilities, competence and safety issues. The complexity increases manifold when the number of stakeholders involved is large and all of them have their own different objectives and work practices with little integration. EV manufacturers follow a centralized Network strategy with limited outlets, thereby limiting reach of their service network and competence. Local auto repairers are afraid of handling EV repairs for lack of competence and safety concerns. Used EV Batteries can pose serious threats if not disposed of correctly. We aim to solve all these problems by following a Collaborative approach involving all stakeholders to develop & maintain an Eco system of Service support for all New Energy Vehicles.
