Tec Student Consulting Society

The Tec Student Consulting Society is an entirely student-run non-profit organization, based in Mexico City, Mexico. It is one of the first undergraduate consulting clubs in Mexico, and is supported by the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a private Mexican university with over 35 campuses throughout the country. In 2023, Tecnológico de Monterrey was ranked #170 in the QS World University Rankings 2023, and was awarded 5+ QS Stars by the same source. Founded as a means of providing consulting services to Mexico ́s public and private institutions, start-ups, and non-profit organizations, the Tec Student Consulting Society follows the steps of well-established undergraduate student consulting clubs (e.g.: Harvard College Consulting Group, NUS Management Consulting Club, or the Yale Graduate Student Consulting Club). We believe that in order to develop innovative and valuable solutions for intricate business problems, it is crucial to have a diverse range of educational backgrounds among our members. While a bachelor ́s degree is not necessarily required, we look for individuals with a variety of skills and competencies such as problem-solving mindest, systemic and design thinking, and stress resilience.
