TEC Solar is a civil/structural engineering firm based in Utah, part of Terra Engineering Consulting. We specialize in structural approval letters for solar panel installations. We are licensed in 50 states for structural PE and in 22 states for electrical PE. We also provide a complete CAD design as a separate package. We have experienced various jurisdictions and complicated projects including commercial, carports, barns, pre-fab buildings, ground mount systems, and structures that require retrofit design. On the electrical side, we are also experienced with providing load justification letters and other electrical load calculations per AHJ request. Beside solar, we also provide structural design for small residential projects (removing bearing walls, retaining walls design, home additions..etc.).
