Sua atuação inclui criação, direção, curadoria e produção de mais de 30 exposições individuais e coletivas, festivais, residências, cursos, laboratórios, oficinas e colaborações e consultorias: Pro Helvetia, HarddiskMuseum, Green Art Lab Alliance, Dutch Culture, Re_Act, entre outros. TAL trabalha com artistas, curadores e produtores, de renome e jovens, com obras e projetos em prestigiadas galerias, museus, coleções, eventos e instituições como: Bienal de Veneza, Coleção Berardo, Itaú Cultural, MAAT, Museo Reina Sofia, Pivô, Incluzartis, entre outros. A cobertura da imprensa inclui: Prêmio Pipa, O Globo, ArtRio, DasArtes, Art Research Map, Scandale Project, JuneJoonJaxx, Don't Post Me Magazine, ArtTribune, Wish, The Kinsky e ShiFt Japan.
