At the heart of our mission lies the unwavering commitment to fostering diversity within the tech industry. We recognise the imperfections of human nature and the existence of unconscious biases. This underscores the need for gender parity and proportional representation in tech to prevent the amplification of biases codified into AI and the tech products we all use. Today, this challenge is a stark reality. Only 15% of senior leadership roles in tech are held by women, with even scarcer representation among intersectional groups. Our coaching programs are designed to empower and support individuals at every stage of their tech careers. The programs typically covers: 1. Navigating inevitable biases caused by the imbalance of diversity 2. Overcoming imposter syndrome and low confidence 3. Understanding self and interaction with others 4. Listening and being guided by empowering beliefs rather than limiting beliefs 5. Identifying strategies and techniques to move forward
