We have for example piping projects for medical use, from 10mm x T: 1mm orbital welded to high pressure steam pipes in the size of 300mm x T:40mm, with an ability to have it manually welded. We also execute Orbital welding, with filler material, in diameters from 2 to 20” and pipe systems in black and wite material for the Oil & Gas and Process industry.
Projects concerning components often include connecting high/low pressure turbines at power plants and/or changing of valves.
Our specialities include
Techweld OptiCRO tube is designed for the replacement of carbon and low alloy steel boiler tubes, and other pressure parts that are subjected to high rates of corrosion and erosion-corrosion. The tubes exhibit excellent ductility, and can be cold or "hot formed" without risk of cracking, delamination, or compromise to the essential mechanical and metallurgical properties of the base tube, or the applied overlay layer.
Analysis of material defects in welds or base material, often occurring from Static/Mechanical fatigue or corrosion/erosion. Pre-study, repair method and execution of the repairment/replacement.
Pipe systems for oil, gasoline, gas, steam, water, etc. in all kinds of base material.
