Founded in 2023, TechAbiLIty is a technology innovation community with several goals:
Bring together all relevant stakeholders
Promote dialogue and collaboration
Advance the development of technological solutions
in the field of disability.
The community is operated by Hackaveret in partnership with JDC Israel , National Insurance Institute Funds, the Innovation Communities Headquarters of the Ministry of Economy and the Israel Innovation Authority.
We believe an equitable society is an inclusive one that sensitively provides equal opportunities in all aspects of life for all its members. We take a broad view of disabilities, encompassing all types, whether permanent/temporary, physical/mental-emotional, visible/invisible.
Our main approach is making connections, bringing together players across sectors to drive partnerships and impact. Since launching in January 2023, we have gathered hundreds of entrepreneurs, government, non-profit and business representatives, and we welcome more.
Together we share the goal of developing solutions to improve quality of life and independence for people with disabilities. Let's drive change through technological innovation and collaboration!
