TechBalance was born to create and develop innovative and strategic solutions to improve the quality of life among older adults and vulnerable patients that are more prone to fall.
Our mission is to disseminate tools and objective guidelines for fall prevention and prediction in clinical and domestic environments that aim to enhance the independence and motor autonomy of patients.
With a multi-skilled team, we combine science and cutting-edge technologies to create and develop new solutions to change and improve the Preventive Medicine practice.
Our first product is a platform designed to detect, predict and prevent falls through a risk screening, assessment, and mobility test that helps physicians to evaluate and monitor vulnerable patients. The first trials are being held in partnership with major healthcare providers in Brazil, such as Hospital do Coração (HCor)and Rede Amil.
