TechChicas

TechChicas is a collective of women in #STEM from 25 Latin American countries, united in the mission to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, digital art and math fields. We lead change, one project at a time, by collaborating with allies and organizations that share our vision. Through mentorship, leadership training, and strategic partnerships, we are not just empowering Latina women—we’re building a future where diverse voices drive innovation and shape the world.
