This includes assisting with business plans, financial projections, business valuations, financial due diligence, and mentoring. We understand from our own experiences working with dozens of start-ups that it is not always easy to bring together all the different parts of your business idea into a plan and raising the capital that you need. Especially if you do not have a Finance Expert in your team. We also empathize that you probably don’t have the required resources or operational need to hire a full-time expert. That’s where we bridge the gap. To us, it’s not binary. when you win, we win too. Post-Fund Raise - Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with expert recommendations.
