TechGrind Incubator - is Southeast-Asia's first private technology incubator. TechGrind Venture Capital - is an ASEAN $40m Venture Fund focusing on seed and series-A follow-on. TechGrind Incubator & Venture Capital is founded by a team that has collectively built over $10bn in technology companies globally. It is therefor the most successful tech entrepreneurial team currently investing in Southeast Asia. We dont invest "dumb money" - we join with you to build a scalable and impactful company. TechGrind Incubator is based in Bangkok, Thailand. It provides accepted startups with an 18-month program which includes a $750k (and growing) incubation package of free products & services. Our incubation team also joins the startup as active advisors ("part-time cofounders") to assist, mentor, and build the startups along with the founders every step of the way throughout the 18-month program. TechGrind Venture Capital has a simple investment mandate which sets key criteria for both seed and series-A follow-on investments. Most of our investments will be into our incubated companies, but we have no limited investment mandate and can invest in any startup that meets our criteria. Criteria for investment includes things such as: * Startup must have a $bn potential. (problem * market + vision > $1bn) * Startup must have at least 2 (co)founders. * Founding team must reach at least 80% of executional role coverage - though we prefer as close to 90% as possible. ("The 90 percentile founding team") * Startup must have a minimum of 1 MVP launch and 1 pivot with data and metrics tracking.
