We strive to close the gender gap in IT and tech and create a more diverse and inclusive labor market.
Our world is changing rapidly with digitalization, robotization, and automation. 75 million jobs will change or even disappear in the near future.
Fortunately, there's also good news to share: around 133 million new jobs will arise and 85% of the jobs that will exist in 2030 haven't even been invented yet.
However, that will mainly be jobs with a very strong IT and technology component. The jobs that will likely change or disappear are marketing, administrative and facility jobs. Branches where women are overrepresented.
If we want to the labor market to be inclusive and diverse, we must do something now. We must empower talents with IT skills and help them to find the right jobs in branches where there is a gender gap like in Tech and IT. We do this together with business partners who share the same mission.
