TiME (Technology in Music Education UK) is the UK’s dedicated membership organisation for music educators, practitioners, music technology companies and innovators to advance the use of music technology in education. Established in 2019, we work to bridge the gap between music education and the music technology sector—championing innovation, inclusivity and real-world relevance.
Free membership is available for music educators, with Corporate Membership open to organisations across the music technology sector. Our UK and international Corporate Partners include Ableton, Yamaha, Sontronics, Vochlea, Digit Music, Robkoo, Soundbeam, Arcana Instruments, and more. We also collaborate with national bodies such as Music Mark, ISM, MIA, Music:Ed, JAMES, MTA, and Making Music.
Connecting the industry with education is central to our mission. We link music technology companies with educators and collaborate with industry, educational and organisational partners to deliver accessible training for music services, teachers and learners—developing practical solutions for schools.
