Technical & Administrative Training Institute (TATI) is one of the largest private training organisations in the Sultanate of Oman. Our portfolio of more than 200 training programmes, our expertise in workforce development and management have earned us the prestige of being the preferred partner of employers and employees alike. As professional manpower providers we recruit, employ and depute qualified personnel to a number of prestigious organizations in the Gulf region. Founded in 1993, TATI has grown from one small training center in Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos to being a national training provider with training centers throughout the Sultanate. Our experience, reputation and expertise in workforce training and development are complemented by our other services, Management Consultancy and Manpower Recruitment Services. During 2007, TATI trained more than 900 Omani nationals in different fields. The duration of the training programmes ranged between 7 months to 12 months. In addition to that approximately 4500 trainees attended short courses ranging from 1-3 days. Our staff are well qualified and experienced. They ensure that quality is maintained at all levels and in related areas of work.
