Technocarb is a Canadian manufacturer/distributor of alternate fuels (LPG,CNG) conversion systems, kits and components for the automotive and industrial markets. Since its incorporation in 1990, Technocarb has grown dramatically and attained significant market penetration in North America, Mexico, Latin America, Australia, and Europe. Our customers include major gas and electric utilities, fleets, and a wide network of installation centers. We design and manufacture a line of application-specific high efficiency venturi air/gas mixers, which we supply along with select high-quality pressure regulators, and state-of-the-art electronic closed-loop feedback fuel management systems. Technocarb's electronics line features OBD II application capabilitiy. Technocarb is engaged in ongoing Research and Development in order to address the changing needs of the alternative fuels conversion market. Our automotive alternative fuel systems are totally compatible with modern engine design, and they do not alter the O.E.M. configuration. We offer the most comprehensive range of applications in the industry, including most late model North American as well as most import vehicles . We are capable of engineering a system for virtually any vehicle available, if a significant demand can be established. Our electronic components are the most advanced in the after market industry, and O.B.D. II compatible. Most incorporate all functions in a single compact Electronic Control Module (ECM). Technocarb offers an advanced emission controller retrofit capable of virtually eliminating harmful exhaust emissions from gas-powered indoor sources like forklifts, ice resurfacers, and stationary engines. Our technical personnel have many years of experience in the alternative fuels field. They are available for telephone support to our clients Monday through Friday between 07:00 - 17:00 Pacific time. Gasoline engine systems are provided with a technical installation/support manual featuring comprehensive wiring schematics for all available vehicle applications, computer link services, customized training courses, and vehicle application listings. Distribution: Technocarb products are available through a network of distributors and installers throughout North America. In addition, Technocarb has select international distributors in Australia, Europe, Mexico, USA and Venezuela. Technocarb's conversion systems feature UL and other approvals, are compliant to U.S. E.P.A. emissions requirements, and are homologated by the respective Environment Ministries in Mexico and Venezuela. Certain applications are approved by Chrysler in Mexico, and we are a QVM aftermarket supplier to Ford Andina in Venezuela.
