TECHNOCIL 3D animated training videos will help Engineers and Operating staff to attain better insight into the plant Operations, Engineering, Performance optimization and Safety aspects. Our main focus is on Oil and Gas, Refineries, Petro-Chemical, Water, and other industries. With the help of our 3D animated videos, training of fresh staffs can be conducted without the need for going to the plant. The training is provided through a Learning Management system. Evaluation of the trainees can also be conducted through the LMS platform. The animation video can be developed and customized as per the plant layout to give a real time experience during the training. The training videos can be developed in four modules as listed below:- Module 1 - Basic Module 2 - Plant Operations Module 3 - Engineering and Performance Optimization Module 4 - Safety Training We can also develop animation videos based on lessons learnt by operating companies to educate the operations team and to avoid repetitive incidents. Our Virtual reality (VR) environment allows Engineers and Operators to interact with equipment’s as if they were in the plant. Special focus is given to giving real time information about the controls and operations. VR facilitate not only the training aspect but also the daily operations of oil & gas and allied industries that can significantly impact the growth of the organization. VR can supplement or replace traditional manuals and training methods.
