Technology Integrity Council

The Technology Integrity Council advocates, educates, and innovates for the safe, ethical use of technology (including AI). Enterprise members of Tech Integrity benefit by proudly sharing the commitment to ethical uses of technology, receiving timely information about tech ethics topics and initiatives in the USA, and mutually supporting like-minded organizations. We establish safety and sustainability best practices for users and manufacturers of new technology. We work across multiple technology domains, and base our recommendations on the scientific gold standard of replicable, peer-reviewed data. With your support and participation, we are uncovering ways to get the most out of advancements in smartphones, mobile communications, drones, driverless vehicles, blockchain, artificial intelligence and more -- without undue risk to health, safety, privacy, and freedom. We exist because groups representing specific industries are never the most objective arbiters when it comes to health and safety recommendations. Government agencies and regulatory commissions are often challenged to keep pace with modern needs. In our short history, we have advanced general safety and sustainability strategies that can be applied even to the technologies that have yet to be invented.
