Offering Turning capability from 1.0mm to 220mm diameter on our fleet of multi axis sliding-head and fixed-head machines, with Prismatic milling capability on our fleet of versatile 3, 4 and 5-axis single and multi-pallet machining centres.
Our experienced team work with our customers on R&D projects; providing advice on how to develop products for manufacture and transforming concept drawings into components and assemblies.
Technoturn offers a high degree of flexibility with a very strong customer focus, including full traceability on each product produced along with scheduled deliveries, kan-ban systems, small to large batches and assembled products.
Our supplemental services include secondary operations, grinding and the management of sub-contract processes such as heat treatment and plating, enabling us to supply parts ready to go straight to your assembly-line.
As Techno Group’s south east manufacturing facility, Technoturn’s location in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex offers its national and international customers excellent service and value since it was established in 1995.
