We want to change education. As a higher learning college we are built on 2 main beliefs: 1) Not everyone learns the same way ; We focus on the people who, like us, learn using their hands. The hands-on learners who like to do, feel, play and get excited about learning! 2) Industry should lead education ; The world is changing at a pace we can't keep up with. Our Industry Partners get involved in all aspects of our education to ensure our graduates are always up to date and in demand! To solve this two problem, we believe Industry Led, Hands on Education is the way forward. Origin story: In 2003, TTC was founded by a passionate pair of leaders who believed in learning by doing. In a system where students are told to learn by reading and listening, they found that there were many students who were doing poorly simply because the system did not match their learning style. When speaking to employers, they found that employers often complained about the the lack of hands-on skills, and outdated knowledge fresh graduates came with. TTC was born. Fast forward to 2019, we have over 5000 graduates and 250 company partnerships. TTC is now looking towards a major revamp of the way education is delivered. Leading TTC into this new phase is the young and energetic second-gen. With over 10 years of experience in TTC, this dynamic duo is looking for talented individuals who are like minded to join the team.
