Techtron is a chemical contract manufacturing and packing facility based in Deeside, North Wales. Specialising in blending, formulating and filling of detergent and solvent cleaning preparations. Techtron provides a bespoke service for the Retail, Industrial, Institutional and Speciality Chemical market sectors. The facility operates a quality management system certified by SGS against the BRC Consumer Products Standard – Product Group 1 focusing on safety, legality and quality. We have a unique contract packing facility and offer the complete range of services required from formulation, regulatory and compliance, blending, quality control, filling, marketing and design, dispatch, logistics and distribution. Our versatile blending configurations allows us to service small batch requirements (<600L) whilst maintaining excellent efficiency for large scale production (>5000L). With our flexible filling lines Techtron is able to provide packaging solutions from 50ml through to IBC offering services such as filling, capping, IHS, ink jetting, casing, palletisation, banding and shrink wrapping through to dispatch. Our service allows customers to feed into the process at any stage offering a truly bespoke service.
