For over 30 years, Tecnocurve has specialised in the cold bending and roll bending of tubes, pipes and tubular section bars of all kinds, in steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Our tube bending company Tecnocurve has continuously invested in new technologies and methods relevant for all aspects of bending in general and, in particular, for bending pipes and section bars. Our machine pool includes two innovative laser pipe machines for 2D and 3D laser machining operations on steel, stainless steel and aluminium tubes and tube sections. We also operate two CNC machines for high-performance tube bending and precise tube processing, and the production of special tools. We recently expanded our capabilities with a CNC lathe for making bushes, hubs and many other parts for welded assemblies, with all bending tools produced internally. For both simple and complex welded parts, our welding department offers welding based on MIG-MAG techniques, Tig and braze-welding, with all work completed according to the latest welding standards. For this reason, we can offer tube bending services that satisfy a wide range of market requirements in the field of tube bending and pipe rolling (roll bending) in general, providing a high standard of quality that results from a precise, tested production system. Our machining and bending services are supplemented by other tube processing services including contouring/trimming to drawings, drilling and threading, tube flattening, and laser and mechanical marking. Detailed feasibility studies by our technical unit provide solutions for specific technical issues. We then offer alternatives or recommendations based on available equipment or offer advice about developing specialised machinery for the production of custom products in the general tube and pipe bending sector. Operating on commission, Tecnocurve accepts orders for samples and/or small runs, as well as medium and large quantity orders.
