As your Construction Manager we work as an integral and collaborative member of the design team from the commencement of the design process through design development, construction documentation, procurement, and construction. We diligently review the developing design for constructability issues, available alternative materials, construction sequencing and schedules, and we prepare a series of pre-tender cost estimates to support and inform the design team. We participate actively in the construction documentation phases of the project to ensure a well-coordinated set of construction drawings.
We work diligently to streamline the project schedule and manage the Owners construction costs in a manner that minimizes the risk of cost overruns and finds efficiencies in the budget that create additional value in the project or realize additional cost savings for the Owner.
