Teddy Bears for Peace

Teddy Bears for Peace (based in Chicago, IL), is an organization that aims to spread positivity and provide comfort to children living in challenging environments. Our program works in partnership with Seeway Tanzania and produces teddy bears given to the children in their centers. Our volunteers work weekly through an after-school program at the British International School of Chicago, South Loop. After launching in September 2023, we have already seen incredible enthusiasm from both the volunteers and children. We cannot wait to produce many more cuddly friends for our kids in Tanzania!
