Tedi is a social enterprise which aims at transforming the women and youth space by providing dynamic vocational education and developing innovative solutions to the social inequities facing women and youth in Africa.
The core aim of Tedi is to deliver a transformative learning pathways for women and youths through educational and entrepreneurial programs developed to encourage the creation of innovative solutions that address socio-economic inequalities in Africa.
The idea was developed and inspired by the teachings of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Acumen’s Human-Centered Design Thinking methodology.
Tedi envisions a world in which the African women and youth co-create a just, prosperous and sustainable ecosystem through dynamic learning and social innovation.
The mission of Tedi is to provide a high quality vocational education and innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports self-sustaining women and youth - led social enterprises at urban and grassroots level.
It aims to achieve these goals through co-creation, incubation and acceleration of ambitious, socially and environmentally conscious startups in Africa.
