TEDx Afariwaa presents to you, ideas which will inspire change in the community. As Mahatma Ghandi said, “Be the change you want the world to be”, this event promises to be exciting, insightful and thought-provoking with talks and discussions which will stir up the “change” agenda in the community. The radar is on issues which will encourage attendees to explore ideas, innovations and concepts and collaborate through networking to create change and development. The major goals in hosting this TEDx event are to: 1. Bring together forward-thinking individuals from the community to learn from thought leaders and network with them for innovative projects; 2. To inspire a new generation of people who are enthusiastic about personal and community development; and 3. To create an atmosphere of change in the community where individuals especially the youth start thinking of innovations and ideas to change their environment and themselves.
