TEDx is a global movement devoted to bringing Ideas Worth Spreading to communities around the globe through independently-organized TED-like events meant to inspire conversation, prompt innovation, and create connections. The Pioneer Valley has always been known as a place for the nurturing of knowledge and the development of tomorrow’s leaders. At TEDxAmherst our goal is to combine these two great traits of Amherst and its surrounding communities. Through the power of ideas, TEDxAmherst seeks to find the intersection of engagement, innovation, and inspiration and setting these ideas into action.
