TEDx stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design and is based in New York in the USA and British Columbia in Canada. It is a non-profit organization founded by Richard Saul Wurman, and Harry Marks on February 23rd, 1984. The slogan for TED is “Ideas Worth Spreading” and is currently has topics almost from any subject. TEDxAUAF is an event where X stands for an independently organized event. Hayatullah Sayedi, as an AUAF student came up with the plan to hold the TEDxAUAF in 2018 and received a license from the TED organization in 2019. The main event of the TEDxAUAF event is going to be held in spring 2020 with talks from various topics and ideas.
