TEDxMajengo

TEDxMajengo is a series of community events designed to bring together members of the Arusha community who want to make positive changes. At these events, live speakers and TED Talks videos combine to spark deep discussion and connection in small groups. The events bring together speakers that have gone beyond what society expected of them in different realms. Our hope is that the attendees will be inspired by our speakers, develop connections and continue to benefit the community of Arusha far beyond the events themselves. TEDxMajengo aims to showcase different stories, spark curiosity, and open minds. Events bring together unexpected connections that lead to new community-centric initiatives, collaborations, and movements in Arusha. Participants at events come from different backgrounds and professions, allowing for networking, high value interactions, and new linkages.
