Ideas worth spreading in University most innovative and most creative TEDxuniversityoftehran mission is to find and support people and specially student with outstanding ideas and new projects worth spreading all over the world. We would like to give these people a voice at TEDxuniversityoftehran. TEDxuniversityoftehran want to share and discuss ideas that have the power and potential to make a difference in our lives and in our world. We want to connect with people who have the same passion as we do. This independent TED event is operated under license from TED. Tehran University is the perfect breeding place for powerful ideas. That is why Tehran University and TEDx is a great and wise combination. You might think: Well, if Tehran University is already such an innovative university , why do we need a TEDX conference here? Because especially in University , there is so much information everywhere you might not even know where to look for it. Secondly, it is usually really hard to gain access to certain innovative thinkers because they limit their exposure to their specific interest groups. At TEDxuniversityoftehran , you have the chance to hear from inspiring Persian and international speakers coming from the fields of technology, entertainment, and design, plus you can meet your fellow participants who are just as inspiring as the speakers. Networking nowadays might be mainly taking place on the internet but the personal contact and sharing of ideas and concepts should not be underestimated.
