Teen mental health is in crisis. Depression and suicide are roughly twice as common today than a decade ago. In 2021 60% of high school girls reported feeling "sad and hopeless." 30% made a suicide plan. The likely culprit? Our phones, specifically social media. If we can redefine the way we interact with our phones, from our phones, then we can help with teen mental health. Teenfully is a mobile app designed to encourage a better teen-phone relationship and provide mental health information relevant to teens. If this vision alights with yours, please reach out!
