TeenThrive aims to address the pressing issue of mental health challenges among adolescents, which often lead to self-injury or suicide. By leveraging emerging technologies such as IoT, AI,, research data and VR, TeenThrive seeks to provide proactive interventions, ongoing support, and accessible resources for teens struggling with mental health issues leading to self harm and suicides. Emphasizing empathy and collaboration, the project engages with teens, parents, mental health counselors, school nurses, psychiatrists, and other stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives and create interventions using personalized solutions that consider individual needs. Ultimately, TeenThrive aims to collaborate with various organizations, academicians, mental health professionals and other subject matter experts to foster a more supportive environment for teens.
