With some of the largest CNC machines in the country, we are proud to be one of the most comprehensive, versatile heavy machinists in the UK.
Our expansive, six-acre site operates 24 hours a day, with the flexibility to accommodate anything from multi-million pound defence or offshore power generation projects, to quick turnaround local contracts or one-off pressure testing.
The sheer scale and range of our site means we have the capacity to fulfil high profile, complex projects for major industries, including defence, renewable power generation, new nuclear and decommissioning, and marine.
With heavy investment in the latest technology, operating with over 20 machines, including:
- Range of CNC vertical borers and vertical machining centres with live spindles - turning 1.0m to 6.8m diameter
- Range of CNC horizontal borers and mills with CNC rotary tables - milling 1.0m to 11.5m in x-axis
- 5-axis CNC mill-turn with 3.0m between centres
- Lifting equipment up to 70 tonnes
We live and breathe engineering, and at the heart of our operation is an established team of 65 highly skilled, apprentice trained mechanical and electrical engineers, fitters and welders. With them comes an unrivalled knowledge base and an eagerness to innovate - a reliable extension of your own team.
