David chairs a Vistage private advisory group for CEOs, MDs and business owners in the Leeds, Harrogate and York area. Member businesses typically range between £2m to £50m turnover and employ more than 20 people. Each member of the group is personally invited to bring a mix of skills, experience and background into our confidential setting to help themselves and their peers achieve better business success. We spend quality time together each month to discuss issues, test assumptions, uncover opportunities and hold one another accountable for taking action. Members benefit from regular workshops, run by world-class speakers and also meet with David every month for a confidential one-to-one coaching session to identify key opportunities and issues and then develop strategies for moving forward.
