TEİAŞ Akademi, yeni çağın gereksinimlerine uygun eğitim anlayışını benimseyerek alanında uzman ekiplerin oluşturduğu eğitim programları ile kurum içi ve paydaş kurumlar arası nitelikli iş gücünü sağlamak, çalışan performansını yükseltmek ve verimliliği arttırmak hedefi ile 2020 yılında Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Ş (TEİAŞ) bünyesinde çalışmalarına başlamıştır.
Teşekkülümüzün her statüdeki personelinin mesleki ve bireysel gelişimine katkı sağlama yolunda fırsat eşitliği tanımak, bilgiyi üreten ve kullanan nitelikli insan kaynağı yetiştirmek amacıyla faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
TEİAŞ Akademi, gelişime ve değişime öncülük ederek enerji sektörüne ulusal ve uluslararası alanda değer katmayı hedeflemektedir.
TEIAS Academy started its works within Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEIAS) in 2020 with the aim of providing qualified workforce within Theron institution and between stakeholder institutions, improving employee performance and increasing efficiency with training programs created by expert teams in the field by adopting the education approach appropriate to the needs of the new age.
Our company continues its activities with the aim of contributing to the professional and individual development of our organization's personnel of all statuses, providing equal opportunities and training qualified human resources that produce and use information.
