TEKBAŞ Flour Mills founded in 1997 within TEKBAŞ A.Ş. It cultivates and processes wheat in its modern facilities, and conveys it to leading food manufacturers, bakeries, and wholesale distributors at different locations across Turkey. It has taken its first step into the flour milling industry with a production capacity of 200 tons of wheat flour per day in 1997, and it has turned into a quarter century experience with its honorable and principled stand, and uncompromising understanding of the importance of institutional quality.
As of 2017, it inaugurated its modern facility with a brand new building and types of equipment compatible with Industry 4.0 that is consisting -including but not limited to- an open area of 40.000 m2 and a closed area of 20.000 m2, with 60.000 tons of wheat storage and 500 tons of wheat flour production capacity per day.
The installation of our flat-bottom silos, which will increase our storage capacity to 85.000 tons, has already started. Besides, our new production line, which will increase our daily production to 1150 tons (1000 tons of flour, 150 tons of mixing group), will serve soon.
As TEKBAŞ Flour Mills , our target is to provide sustainability with our service and quality without compromising product reliability and safety by keeping our field of activity up-to-date with our technological infrastructure equipped with Industry 4.0.
With the mission of producing the highest quality and the healthiest in wheat flour, the production is carried out according to the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000) approved by the Turkish Standards Institute. As of 2018, TEKBAŞ Flour Mills also obtained a Halal Food Certificate.
Taking advantage of a quarter-century of experience, TEKBAŞ Flour Mills continues its production without compromising its quality with a new passion in its new facility.
