We are an international trading company that has been delivering title deeds to thousands of happy customers from 170 different countries since our establishment. We serve our customers from our offices in 5 countries with Lara (Antalya), Konyaaltı (Antalya), Alanya, Döşemealtı, Belek, Cevizlibağ (Istanbul Europe), Göztepe (Istanbul Asia), Ankara, Bursa, Trabzon, Yalova, İzmir, Mersin, Fethiye (Muğla), Bodrum (Muğla), Girne (Cyprus), Malaga (Spain), Alicante (Spain), Stockholm (Sweden) and UAE (Dubai). TEKCE Real Estate has a multicultural structure with a team of more than 160 people from 20 different countries where English is our primary language used in the workplace. Our team speaks more than 20 different languages including English, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, German, French, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, etc. In 2019, we established TEKCE Academy in Göztepe, Istanbul for the personal and professional development of our current and future colleagues. Our aim is to work with people who are dynamic, innovative, passionate and strive for development. The new employees go through a 3-week training program that is managed and supervised by experienced instructors. During 3-week training program, you learn all the skills required to make your career in real estate successful. Whether people have experience in the real estate sector is not critical to us. The criteria we seek for recruitment are that candidates are open-minded and good people; proficient and fluent in the language that they will serve.
