The new employees go through a 3-week training program that is managed and supervised by experienced instructors. During 3-week training program, you learn all the skills required to make your career in real estate successful.
Whether people have experience in the real estate sector is not critical to us. The criteria we seek for recruitment are that candidates are open-minded and good people; proficient and fluent in the language that they will serve.
