Who we are:
We are TekenBIO, a recently created company based in Aveiro (Portugal), resulting as a spin-off of research done in University of Aveiro.
TekenBIO is a joint effort involving Biologists, Electronic and Software Engineers, towards the automation of products and processes in ecotoxicology, aquaculture and environmental monitoring. Our goal is to achieve the highest quality results, when compared with existing alternatives, respecting all current protocols using disruptive, simpler, cost efficient, and automated processes.
What we do:
TekenBio provides innovative solutions in a variety of fields as a result of applied technologies in Biology and Medicine, including aquaculture, environmental monitoring and remediation, as well efficient use of resources and sustainability.
Our first product – D Counter – was conceived to provide a disruptive solution for ecotoxicology tests.
