Our mission and overarching goal is to help our customers
achieve defect-free, resource efficient, smart
manufacturing operations, using cleaning technology that
solves complex contamination and process challenges in
their specific application.
How do we do this? It began with a method we pioneered
called ‘Contact Cleaning’, that effectively and reliably
picks up loose particles and contaminations, ranging from
sub-micron size particles up to a size of 5mm and above
(including dust, metal, glass-fibres, human hair and skin).
Our method solves a problem known as ‘unattached
contamination’ which causes defects in a range of highend
industrial processes, like EV Battery manufacture and
PCB assembly.
In simple terms, our method uses an elastomer cleaning
roller to pick up contaminating particles, and securely
capture them on an adhesive surface. This means fewer
defects in manufacturing processes, reduction in waste,
maximised resource efficiency and improved yields.
