Teknicast Sdn Bhd. is a precision aluminium die-casting company over 39 years experience, supplying complex high pressure aluminium die-casting components with tight tolerances to multinational customers in the US, Europe and Asia. Today, we provide our customers with a fully integrated in-house service offering, encompassing tool design, die-casting, trimming, machining, impregnation, painting and assembly. We have served most of our multinational customers for 30 years or more. Teknicast supply high pressure, explosion proof aluminium casting to customers who manufacture valves, actuators, regulators and precision control instruments that widely used to manage flow of liquids and gases in the oil & gas, power generation, water processing, chemical and food & beverage industries. The aluminium casting parts used by customers who produced satellites and radar instruments for the marine and government satellite communication sectors. Ours customer' product markets range from fuel dispensers for gas stations, and electric motor pumps for vapour recovery, healthcare medical device to automation systems for textile spinning machines. Our experienced die-casting team operates industry standard cold chamber German & Japanese machines ranging from 135 tonnes to 840 tonnes. We have more than 150 CNC machines, capable of machining parts up to 2 micron tolerance, with in-house capability to perform helium and nitrogen leak test as well as impregnation. Teknicast provide finished aluminium casting in powder coating, electro-deposition coating, wet paint, and silk screening.
